All scooters are shipped ground service from our US Headquarters in Los Angeles, California. We use Fedex for all scooter shipments and will require an adult signature on delivery. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours and tracking information will be emailed to the address on file.  Fedex shipments take 2-4 days depending where you live.
